The hotel's location is misleading, as it is actually situated in Zarafshan, not Navoi. the website and other sites falsely advertise it as a Navoi hotel, causing confusion. Despite this, the hotel itself is impressive. the staff are respectful and always willing to assist, with a welcoming smile. the rooms boast a charming classical design, adding a touch of elegance. the restaurant serves delicious, clean meals, including a superb breakfast. guests can enjoy the sauna and hammam facilities, adding a touch of relaxation to their stay.
There is a lack of international television channels available, with only Uzbek channels being shown on the TV.
